Raising Cane’s was one of the primary client accounts I worked on at Hawkeye in Dallas, TX. Our internal interactive team created digital experiences geared toward building customer loyalty and reinforcing the brand. The culture and trust the client had in our group made working with Raising Cane’s loads of fun.
My role within our team was visual and interaction design. I was responsible to make sure the design was on brand and the experience was seamless. A few of the projects I designed included:
An app for their website visitors to upload a photo of themselves, drag and drop a pair of Ray-Ban Wayfarers on their face, and then submit that photo to a gallery with other people doing the same thing.
Tea vs. Lemonade
We pushed this hard on social media and we had a huge response. Site visitors were presented a classic boxing-style poster with the ability to vote on their favorite; Tea or Lemonade.
This was a loyalty redemption form surrounded by musical design elements and a gritty art style.
While my role involved bringing the visual design to life, our team included Information Architects, Developers, Writers, Project Managers, an awesome Account Service department, Production Artists, and other creatives from different areas of the agency. We brainstormed strategies and tactics for online campaigns. The chosen ideas were pitched to the client. The concept that was selected was kicked into high gear. I worked with our immediate team and coordinated with others involved with the client account.
The client gave us a lot of feedback on the recent campaigns we launched. As a result of the positive impact our work had on Raising Cane’s, our agency was selected to be the Digital Agency of Record for the company. I love those chicken fingers.
